Kidzrobotix: Spider Robot

Build a robotic spider that scuttles up and down its string just like a real spider traveling along silk. Once assembled and attached to the included string, the motorized spider automatically travels in both directions, cleverly changing direction when it reaches the top or bottom. Building and experimenting with the robot seamlessly introduces robotics, mechanics, motors, gears, and engineering while strengthening problem-solving, logical thinking, fine motor skills, and scientific curiosity. Requires 2 AAA batteries and a small crosshead screwdriver, which are not included.
