Green Science: Plane Mobile

Build a solar-powered airplane and watch it glide in circles using energy from light. The kit includes the plane body, wing, stabilizer, solar panel, motor, propeller, mobile structure, and other components needed to construct the working model. It can be suspended as a mobile or mounted on top of a recycled drink bottle. Hands-on construction seamlessly introduces solar energy, renewable power, engineering, mechanics, and energy conversion while developing problem-solving, fine motor skills, and scientific curiosity. No batteries are required. A used drink bottle, coins, and crosshead screwdriver are required but not included.
