DIY STEM Roller Ramp Arcade Game

Build a working arcade-style ball launcher while exploring the engineering and physics behind motion. Drop a metal ball into the launcher, rotate the mechanism to aim, then pull back the plunger and release it to send the ball racing up the ramp toward targets worth 25, 50, 75, or 100 points. The hands-on build demonstrates how stored potential energy transforms into kinetic energy while introducing mechanical design, force, trajectory, and cause and effect. Building, aiming, and experimenting seamlessly develop engineering skills, spatial reasoning, critical thinking, fine motor control, problem-solving, and scientific curiosity while turning STEM learning into an interactive game.
