DIY Light-Up Wire Art Craft Kit

Combine art and technology to create two glowing neon-style signs using flexible electroluminescent (EL) wire. Follow one of five included design templates or sketch an original creation, then shape and secure the cool-to-the-touch wire before switching on the battery pack to illuminate the finished artwork. The hands-on project seamlessly develops creativity, fine motor skills, spatial reasoning, planning, and problem-solving while introducing learners to EL wire, simple electrical components, and the relationship between design and technology. Includes materials for two complete light-up creations and 4 AA batteries.
